We worked with VH1’s  Save the Music Foundation (STM) to establish systems for managing data and automating processes essential to the organization’s support for music programs in public schools.

Project Summary: contempt provided consulting, database, and website development services towards the creation of the STM database and Intranet. This technology is responsible for managing and reporting essential financial and operational data as well as automating workflow amongst STM staff.

• Authenticated multi-user tiered privileges: Support for users and groups with variable access to features and data.
• Flexible reporting system: Predefined and dynamically generated database reports with support for print templates and charts.
• Personalized email and print letter generation: automated creation of letters based on simple template system.
• Advanced database searches: Flexible search tools enable powerful, yet user-friendly database searching and sorting.
• Public Website Integration: Automated integration with website forms enable schools to manage their participation in the STM program.
